Roof on at Sekotong Headland
Lots 1 to 3 reached structure complete this month, three weeks ahead of programme. The ironwood roof went on Lot 1 on the 28th. September's owner report has the drone set and the QS certificate.
Ao Nang Ridge secured
Four plots on the ridge above Ao Nang, each between 1,600 and 2,100 square metres, with a long view over the karst to Railay. Title cleared with our Krabi counsel. Lot 1 is reserved; Lots 2 to 4 are available from October.
Umalas Villa 7 handed over
The seventh house on the Umalas lanes went to its owners on the 22nd, furnished, staffed and with its first bookings already in the calendar. The darkest interior we have done here: black stone basins, a black kitchen, porthole windows to the master bath. All fifteen photographs are on the site.
Labuan Bajo: the ridge road is in
The access road to our ridge sites north of the harbour was sealed this month, which turns a twenty-minute track into a six-minute drive from town. Three plots, each with the bay and the islands in front and the sunset behind. Ridge House fits all three; the first is drawn.
Two hundred homes
The two-hundredth house we have handed over since 2009 is a Garden House on a lane in Pererenan, four hundred metres from the first one we ever built. The owner is the daughter of that first owner.
