Baguio is the one place in this portfolio where you will want a fireplace. At fifteen hundred metres, the air is cool all year, the hills are pine forest, and Manila has been escaping the heat here for a century.
It is a second-home market first and a letting market second, and the house we build here is a different animal: stone, timber, a hearth, and a terrace looking down through the pines to cloud in the valley.
