The most established visitor market in the region and the deepest pool of guests. Highest land cost of our markets, and the one where site selection separates a good return from an ordinary one.
Bali does not need introducing. What it needs is discipline. The island has more villas for rent than any other market we work in, and the difference between a house that earns and one that sits empty is almost entirely where it stands.
We work in two kinds of place here. Town sites on the west coast, in the lanes behind Pererenan and Canggu, where a guest can walk to breakfast and the beach and the house fills all year. And clifftop sites on the Bukit, where the land is scarce, the view is the product, and the guest books for a week and stays for two.
