The design library
Each one has been built, let and lived in on these islands. Choose the one that fits your site, or commission new work drawn for it.
Three bedrooms on a hillside, built for the view.
A long, low pavilion set into the slope, with every room facing the water. The upper floor holds the bedrooms; the ground floor opens end to end onto a pool terrace that runs the full width of the house.
Four bedrooms on one level, straight onto the sand.
A single-storey house under one wide roof. Four bedrooms in two wings, a central living pavilion open on both sides, and a pool that sits in lawn between the house and the beach.
Two bedrooms behind a wall, a short walk from everything.
A compact two-storey house on a small town plot. The whole site is walled; inside the wall is a garden, a plunge pool and a house that opens entirely onto both.
Some sites do not suit any house we have already built. A steep block, an odd shape, a view in two directions. For those we draw new work, with the same architects who drew these, to the same standard and the same fixed-scope contract.
Send us the site, or the listing, and we will tell you honestly whether one of the three fits it or whether it needs its own drawing.
Send us a siteTell us the market you have in mind and we will send the sites we hold there, the houses that fit them, and the numbers behind each one.
